History of our company

(according to the information from the Russian State Archive of Economy № 583 dated by July 9, 2008):

1923 – 1930 г.г 

1923 – 1930 years
Resolution of the Council of People’s Commissars №77 dated by August 10, 1923 in the system of the Supreme Council of National Economy of the USSR (the Supreme Economic Council of the USSR) was formed Joint Stock Company for Trade ore, receiving and selling scrap metal, minerals and “Rudmetalltorg.”

1930 – 1938 years
Kazakh Ombudsman’s office of trust “Scrap” in public trust for storage, processing and supply of scrap metal People’s Commissariat of Heavy Industry of the USSR.

1951 – 

1939 – 1940 years
Management “Kazvtorchermet” at headquarters for processing of secondary ferrous metallurgy of the USSR People’s Commissariat of black (“Glavvtorchermet”).

1940 – 1946 years
“Kazvtorchermet” at the Main Directorate for harvesting, processing and marketing of secondary metals secondary ferrous metals iron and steel industry of the USSR People’s Commissar.

1946 – 1951 years
Management “Kazvtorchermet” when “Glavvtorchermet” Ministry of Ferrous Metallurgy of the USSR.

1951 – 1953 years
“Kazvtorchermet” at the State Union Trust for the processing of scrap metal Main Department for preparation, processing and sale of ferrous scrap “Vtorchermet” Ministry of Metallurgical Industry of the USSR.

1954 – 1957 years
“Kazvtorchermet” under the Ministry of Ferrous Metallurgy of the USSR.

1958 – 1965 years
Enterprise “Kazvtorchermet” were transferred to local economic councils.

1965 – 1989 years
Kazakh Republican Production Association “Vtorchermet” at the All-Union reception of scrap metal, storage, processing and sale of secondary ferrous metals under the subordination of the Ministry of Ferrous Metallurgy of the USSR.

1989 – 1993 г.г.

1989 – 1993 years
Kazakh Republican Production Association “Vtorchermet” transformed into a rental Republican Production Association “Vtorchermet”

1993 – 1994 years
Rental Republican Production Association “Vtorchermet” transformed into a joint-stock company “Kazvtorchermet”
